2. Your Kit Arrives at Home

We process your order immediately and ship your test kit directly to your door.

Most kits arrive within 7–10 business days.

3. Schedule Your Mobile Appointment

Once your kit arrives, schedule a convenient time for one of our certified team members to come to your home.

4. At-Home Sample Collection

We make testing simple and stress-free.

Depending on your test, samples may include blood and/or stool - all collected in the comfort and privacy of your home.

Our certified mobile lab assistant, also known as a mobile phlebotomist, comes to your home to collect blood or stool samples. We take the samples to the lab for you. No clinics, no waiting, no stress.

When will I get my results?

Your results are reviewed by the ordering doctor. You’ll receive an email when they’re ready and can securely view them online. The doctor can also walk you through your results if you want a personal review. SB Mobile Med is not responsible for interpreting results or acting as your doctor.

Are my results and personal information sercure?

Yes. Your privacy is our top priority. All information and results are stored securely and never shared without your permission.

Can I order tests not on the website?
