Once your kit arrives, schedule a convenient time for one of our certified team members to come to your home.

How does at-home testing work?

After you place your order, we ship your test kit directly to your preferred address. Once it arrives, you schedule a convenient appointment for sample collection. A licensed medical professional comes to your home or preferred location to collect your samples. For tests that require a stool sample, you collect it yourself using the provided kit, and we handle pickup and delivery to the lab. We manage the entire process so you can skip clinic visits and complete everything from home with ease.

When will I get my results?

Your samples are sent to a certified lab and reviewed by a licensed physician. Once results are ready, you’ll receive a secure email to view them online. If you choose, a provider review is available to help you understand your results. SB Mobile Med provides sample collection services and coordinates lab processing through licensed providers. We do not interpret medical results or provide medical advice, as all clinical review and interpretation is handled by licensed providers.

Is this service available in my area?

We currently serve Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and surrounding areas in Florida for sample collection. You must be located within this service area to receive in-person collection. Once your samples are collected, your results can be securely viewed online from anywhere in the world. We also accept patients visiting the area who want convenient local testing.

Can I order tests not on the website?

Yes! We offer additional lab testing beyond what is shown online. You can enter your information through the pop-up on our website to receive our free wellness guide, which includes a more complete menu of available tests and helps you choose what you need. If you do not see a specific test listed on our site or in the guide, you can contact us directly by phone or email and we’ll help you place your order and schedule your mobile appointment. In most cases, we can accommodate a wide range of additional testing options.
